		<description>i wanna ask how to make transfer of employee if u  want to leave ur present job because u are not satisfied with the management? no day off sometimes with day of. working 11 hours a week, no boyfriends allowed here in bahrain just for other workers but others friend of the management or lets just say having relation with some persons n the office is allowed and having favoritism.</description>
