i wanna complain ministry of health: that their way of checking the medical examination to the newcomers is wrong and cause injustice to many of them, in particular talking about test called antibodies to hepatitis C!! how comes they check for the antibodies instead of the virus itself!!
as a result for this test many people has been dimensioned by mistake and the ministry and who responsible for containing this wrong way trying their best to transcend the newcomers humans rights and ignore people who affected by this rule of testing!

hi my name is amina im here just to complain about my sponsor im working on them almost 5 yrs now as a maid but the problem they didnt give my salary 1 yr half and i have no visa since 2009 november and my karama is getting bigger until now im scared to go outside cos maybe police catch me, my sponsor is not here since last year cos he go america so my problem how can i fix my problem im still living now with hes wife but my hes wife they have a new maid wich is my salary they didnt give me……sometimes i call my boss from states but he always tell me that wait ok i wait but how many yrs i wait and have no good work cos i have no visa

Hello! My name is Norman, I’m complaining to our company (AL WAZZAN HOME MEDICAL SERVICE) about my Visa. I came here to Kuwait last December 2008 by visit Visa, I was hired by this company and working as a Physiotherapist. They told me that they will change my visit Visa to working Visa after a month, but unfortunately nothing happen. Although, two times already I exit to Bahrain hoping that in return I will have already my working Visa, but still the same having a visit Visa again. Last August 2009 my visit Visa expired and again they told me that they will going to process it, but until now my employer is not processing my working Visa, and my penalty or karama is getting bigger. I’m not working now, and they dont give my salary from November 2009 up to present. I’m also receiving half of my salary which is KD100 supposed to be it should be KD200 as agreed in my contract. What happened is that they told me to take the licensure exam from the Ministry and if I will pass the exam, they will give my KD200 salary, but again when pay day came, they didn’t give my KD200, because their reason again is that I have to get the license, now I checked in the license office in Salmiya, and they told me that in order to get it, I must have a working Visa, so I didnt get my KD200 salary. Before I told the company that if they cannot process my Visa its better to send me back to the Philippines, but I’m still here in Kuwait, worried about my situation. Im staying here in my father’s accommodation and Im afraid to go outside because I might be check by the police. Can you help me in my situation now? What is the best thing to do? Please send me your advice. Thank you and more power.
