A Nepali housemaid is reported to have died after her Kuwaiti employer hit her on the head with a bathroom tile, according to this report from Nepali media house Kantipur.
Investigations show that the Nepali woman had started work as a housemaid just one month before the attack. The Kuwaiti woman is reported to have attacked the maid for not understanding her language. Paramedics arrived at the scene after receiving a report that a maid was injured, but she was found dead when they arrived on the scene.
A case has now been registered against the Kuwaiti woman, who is now in police custody for investigation.

Would anyone know what are the requirements from getting a housemaid from Nepal into the UAE, the sponsor is Indian? Do they require any special sticker, stamp/approval from the Nepal Government? We had just sponsored a house maid from Nepal residing in India and she was not allowed to board the aircraft because she did not have a POE sticker or something? Any idea as to how to get thi9s done, any easy way out since we have spent on the visa and now we are stuck.
