Frankly it is time to take out any oppressive employer - and shoot them. If the woman of the house is disrespectful of the employees, she should be locked up in the closet the first time. No employee there should take crap and should leave en mass to their embassy. The embassies should allow them to fly home within 2 days out of the slave-state.
