<description>Hi, I am American and lived out in Kuwait for 7 years and in most cases of domestic help that I have known of have their own living space, bathroom and means for meals provided.. I have observed some cases of verbal abuse if you want to call it that, but honestly nothing worse than what I have seen people in the states do to their loved ones and strangers.. The one thing that we should all consider, is that these migrant worker&#039;s countries are so poor that they must seek employment outside of their home country in order to support their families, and then once they are in Kuwait away from all that is familiar to them, missing their families (sometimes their babies), as well as dealing with a new culture..these factors are enough to put anyone over the edge. I am in no way saying that Kuwait is blameless, but I am saying that we should consider all factors before forming an opinion.
May god protect you and guide you in all that you do.
