An "Asian" construction worker died in an accident at a building construction site after a piece of wood from the 6th floor fell on his head, preliminary investigation of the incident shows that there's a lack of safety procedures at the work site, especially the construction company's failure to provide safety buffers to protect workers near the building from potential falling objects.
