In 2019, Global Alliance Against Traffic in Women (GAATW) published The Lived Experiences of Women Migrant Workers, a collaborative report based on the research of nine organisations in countries of origin and destination. Nearly 200 research participants - mostly domestic workers - revealed stories of physical, psychological, and sexual abuse and violence. These are some of their stories.
